1.What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is flexible. We support small trial orders for makeup brushes, powder puffs and nail tools. OEM private label orders have separate MOQ requirements.
2.How long is your production lead time?
Stock goods can be arranged for shipment within 1–3 working days. OEM custom orders take 15–30 days, depends on your customization requirements.
3.What payment terms do you accept?
We support T/T bank transfer, Western Union and Trade Assurance. 30% deposit before mass production, balance before shipment.
4.Can I mix different items in one order?
Yes, mixed orders are acceptable for in-stock items. For OEM custom products, mixing needs to be confirmed separately.
5.Do you offer wholesale price for bulk orders?
Of course. Prices depend on your order quantity and customization details. Send us your requirement to get a formal quotation.
6. Can I customize logo and packaging for my brand?
Yes. We provide OEM & private label service, including custom printed logo, color box and packaging. Visit our OEM service page for full details.
7. Can you develop new products according to my design?
Yes, we support ODM development. Send your design or samples, our team will evaluate and give the proposal.
8. What shipping methods can you provide?
We support express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air freight and sea freight. We will recommend the best shipping solution based on your order.
9. Can I get samples before bulk order?
Sure. We offer product samples for quality checking. Sample cost and freight fee will be quoted separately.
