Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 3‑7 working days after payment confirmation. OEM & custom orders require extra production time, we will inform you of the exact lead time before order confirmation.
Shipping Method
We support international shipping by sea, air and express courier. You can choose shipping method according to your order quantity. For bulk wholesale orders, we will offer cost‑effective shipping solutions.
Delivery Time
- Express: 5‑12 working days
- Air freight: 10‑20 working days
- Sea freight: 25‑45 working days
Note: Delivery time is estimated, delays may happen due to customs clearance, local logistics or force majeure events.

Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes and local customs fees are borne by the buyer. Please check your local import rules before placing orders.
